Digitization Services

Our fleet of 26 FADGI-compliant digitization appliances—including sheet fed, flatbed, overhead planetary, automatic book scanners, and large format systems—ensures that even the most fragile materials are handled with the utmost care. We offer both on-site services and digitization at our specialized facility in Buffalo Grove, IL.

If your assets cannot be relocated, our
TDAG ONSITE™ service brings our equipment and skilled archivists directly to you, allowing us to manage large or specialized projects effectively and safely.

Our Leadership

Jeffrey Kelch I CEO

Jeff Kelch is Co-founder and CEO of The Digital Archive Group, the preeminent company for high quality archival scanning and digitization services for organizations, institutions, brands, and celebrities wishing to preserve and create digital access from their physical assets. Jeff is passionate about history and dedicated to helping his clients preserve their stories for future generations. As CEO, Jeff manages the overall operations and resources of the company, acting as the main point of communication between clients and the TDAG team.

Jeff started in archival work in 2010 as part of the start-up team for a small archival company, before founding TDAG in 2013 with premier client Oprah Winfrey. TDAG’s diverse team of technicians, photographers and archivists working with state-of-the-art equipment, led a yearlong digitization, metadata and DAM project preserving the magic of Oprah and Harpo Studios. Jeff’s work with brands and digital technology extends back to earlier roles with Shutterfly and InnerWorkings.

Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Ohio University. Post college, he traveled the country as a stand-up comic. Jeff is still known for his sense of humor and establishing productive, yet fun work environments.

Anna Kelch I Chairman

Anna is an entrepreneur who has successfully launched several service businesses. As co-founder of The Digital Archive Group, she has worked to establish the premier company for digitization services. Anna is a strategic leader dedicated to best-in-class client service.

In addition to her work with TDAG, Anna oversees a boutique executive search and organizational design firm working with clients in education, non-profit, and digital media. She started her career in publishing, digital information, and educational technology with companies including Meredith Corporation, Bertelsmann’s Gruner & Jahr, and Whittle Communications. She is a respected leader committed to excellence on all projects and a diverse and inclusive workforce.

Anna holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana. She is a strong advocate of the arts having long served on the Board of Directors at Steppenwolf Theater Company before focusing her attention on arts education for Chicago’s most deserving and underserved students as a board director for Urban Gateways.
